Pricing questions

Why a range instead of a fixed price?

Every event is different — guest count, venue size, hours, gear and add-ons all move the number. The range shows where most events land; your exact quote comes after a quick chat and arrives within 24 hours.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a deposit reserves your date and is applied to your final balance. The remainder is due as set out in your booking agreement.

Can I bundle services for a better rate?

Absolutely. Combining DJ, sound, gear and video gives you one coordinated team and usually a better overall rate than booking each separately.

Do you travel outside Boulder?

Yes — we serve the entire Front Range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Travel beyond the immediate Boulder area may add a small fee, noted up front in your quote.
